That looks absolutely AMAZING! However, you haven't lived until you've tried my microwave meatloaf. Yes, you read it correctly, it's cooked in the MICROWAVE! It makes no sense, but it works and is so full of flavour. I did cook it in the oven once and the end result was exactly the same. The stuffing and BBQ glaze are to die for.
I think I'm going to have to try this though.
My man, if you're using the smoked paprika you don't really need the liquid smoke, that's overkill

I made a stuff meatloaf with diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese but I got to try it on the smoker with the liquid smoke. I can't believe you didn't use the W sauce
