Our chef at work makes those with mashed potatoes served on top. I like that you made them in the Ninja foodi and the cheese and bacon sound excellent! Could even do an Italian sort of thing with cheese and pizza sauce. Probably have to some ketchup with mine. That’s the Southerner in me. 😊
