    We like small roast potatoes made small salad potatoes we just boil them squash them spay with garlic oil and put them in the air fryer till golden and just put the pasta on top yummy

    Thanks to my Scottish and Irish ancestry I like doing baked potatoes bcause you don't need them like you do when you boil food……Also you add grated cheese, baked beans, ham, coleslaw ( and none of these items need to be cooked) so the whole dish doesn'r involve a lot of prepartion.

    I do a special dance to your Chinese music introduction. Also what beans do you use? I used to be a Heinz person, then switched to Branson, but then I discovered Co-Op beans and now use them all the time. They are cooked properly, and taste brilliant.

    I made your chicken and leek pie today with a wee dod of white wine in the sauce and coriander because I didn't have tarragon. Like you I'm Scottish so most of my basic recipes come down from Mum and Grannie. Like mince, stew, ham hough, saugage casserole and stovies. But I could never stand tripe and onions or scouse. I'm eating far less meat now so I adapt recipes with quorn sausages or lentils.
