Hey Missy! I had a question about fat consumption on the Starch Solution. I started a few months ago I have been off n on vegan/plant based throughout my life and it’s a permanent diet as of March 2022 (prior to this I was Pescatarian for a while and found out eventually that my body cant digest meats) and with avos, chia, flax, hemp, and nuts here and there I noticed SOME weight loss but not to my liking/goal. My portions were good and I felt satisfied but then I noticed the weight stalled and I started getting symptoms of GERD which I haven’t had in over 4 years so either my portions are too large, I overexercise, or I eat too many acidic foods which is all of the above. So I had to do a very bland diet with multiple small meals a day with no trigger foods and it’s hard since starch solution has trigger foods that I have to weight to add back to my diet ie citrus, berries, corn, tomato’s etc😔 but I also had to cut out ALL healthy fats I was eating in small portions it was making me super sleepy/tired, bloating, and nauseated…long story short after eating no fats for a month my weight has been sliding off even without exercise since exercise irritates my GERD now and my stomach has been healing as well but I’m not 100% but I really like not being tired all the time consuming fats healthy or not and my acne is almost gone too…I know depending on blood type, body type, and hereditary factors (ie gut microbes) some people can leave out fats and some can’t …I feel good without fats in my diet if I eat them I just don’t like the aftermath trying to digest fats anywhoo sorry for the novel! 😅 I just wanted to get your take on far consumption on the diet since some people cut it out and some don’t on the Starch Solution and I also eat gluten and sugar free (only fruits)
