Hi kim, i do the same with a pork loin, then I pound them very thin and use shake n bake and cook in air fryer, delicious!!

I love your recipes. I do the same thing with my meats. Sometimes you have to leave some fat on the meat for flavor.
Do you use the Shake n Bake for pork or chicken, or does it even matter? 😁
