Hey chanty Marie, i appreciate all your videos and hard work meal prepping and showing us it has really helped me visual on what to buy, but can you make a video with a bit more emphasis on what breakfast, lunch and dinner might look like with the meal preps, i get a little over whelmed sometimes and just throw everything Into a bowl for lunch then for Dinner I feel weird repeating the same things.

I use spring mix as the base for my salad and then I add almost everything that you added. I use my mandolin to shred my red and green cabbage. Is there a reason you're avoiding folic acid, could you please explain this? Personally I don't think there is anything better than a big delicious salad. Hope you guys have fun on your camping trip.

I wish my bf liked salads the way I like salads. He hates “rabbit food”. I could live off salad. He also doesn’t love veggies so his salads are soooo plain and basic.

Super cool! My only thing would be (maybe) keep the roasted pieces separate from the salads until serving…. maybe even warming them up to toast the savory flavors. Have fun camping maybe Joshua Tree?

Great video and food prep Chanty Marie. The food is amazing & yummy 😋. I would struggle with the berries part of the GBOMB outside of season because berries are expensive and tasteless out of season. Frozen berries are an option for smoothies but it's usually colder weather when berries are out of season and I don't like smoothies during the winter (it's soup weather). Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Chanty Marie.

These look great ! I was wondering where are the mushrooms of GBOMBS. Also, they are very full and my pet peeve is to eat from a very full plate. It might seems really weird but could you make a video of you actually mixing the salad ? Do you mix in another bowl or in these bowls ? Thanks as always.

Can’t find the lid?? I know you live in a small apt…same here (600sf)….and it drives me nuts when I can find stuff….I mean, it’s either ⬅️here or there➡️. What the hell?🤷‍♀️😆. ALSO…pumpkin seeds…aren’t they good for increasing testosterone levels?💪

Just came across your videos. I'm looking into eating more whole food plant based meals. I am a dressing gal, however I have a nut allergy and find that ALOT of dressing recipes on the Tube are made with nuts. Do you have any without the cashews?

OHHH camping- sounds like so much fun- I went kayaking too. The guy across from our site got really drunk and starting screaming at everyone, F bombs, horrible to his wife/girlfriend- don't know who they were. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't been camping since. Hope you guys have a great time!!! haha- didn't mean to be a Debbie Downer.

great salad! I've never tried tempeh but that looked amazingly delicious….I'll give it a try. I love G-Bombs but struggle to get the mushrooms in on a steady basis. Thanks!
