I way agree with the meal prep is not "liked" but it does make better meal decisions for our family! Family of 3 here and if I prep things or have leftovers then I can just pull out and throw it together when I do not "feel" like cooking. Especially when I have my bad migraines and my hubby can just heat and serve. I just got done making a hunch of French toast for prepped breakfast this week! Video will come out soon!
Over the summer I grilled a bunch of hamburgers and threw them in the freezer so I could have the charcoal grill taste at least some of the winter! I love the grill taste! Yes give me that smokey taste!
