    If you haven't considered meal-prepping your Christmas dinner I hope this will give you the courage to give it a try. Once I started doing this, I never looked back. I don't know how I did it all before. Here are the recipes I use.

    SWEET POTATO CRUNCH

    3 CUPS SWEET POTATOES, cooked and mashed

    1/2 CUP SUGAR

    2 EGGS

    1/2 CUP BUTTER, melted

    1/2 CUP MILK

    1 tsp VANILLA

    1 tsp CINNAMON

    1 tsp NUTMEG

    1/2 tsp GROUND CLOVES

    Topping:

    1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR

    1/3 CUP FLOUR

    1 CUP PECANS

    4 TBLS BUTTER, melted

    Combine all ingredients for the filling. Add topping. Bale 350 for 35 mins uncovered.

    GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

    2 CANS GREEN BEANS

    1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

    1/4 CUP MILK

    1/2 tsp SALT & PEPPER

    1 tsp SOY SAUCE

    1/2 CUP FRENCH FRIED ONIONS

    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Add french fried onions to the top and bake 5 minutes longer.

    BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE

    1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

    1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

    1 1/4 CUP WATER

    1 15 OZ JAR OF CHEEZ WIZ

    2 16 OZ PKG CHOPPED BROCCOLI

    3 CUPS MINUTE RICE

    1 SMALL ONION, diced

    SALT & PEPPER

    Mix soups, water, cheez wiz, salt, and pepper. Add broccoli, onion, and rice. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

    JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE

    1 15oz CREAM CORN

    1 15 oz WHOLE KERNEL CORN

    1 8.5 oz JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX

    1/2 CUP BUTTER, melted

    1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM

    2 EGGS

    1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE (Can add more on top)

    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 covered for 45 minutes then 15 minutes uncovered.

    Great video! We have been doing a version of the broccoli cheese casserole since I was little. I lost the recipe. We had a can of cream of celery! I dont think much else is different but I don't recall the water. Cant wait to do this. We used the crock pot for it.

    I'll fix my sides the day before Christmas Eve, since we have the kids and in-laws here on Christmas Eve. I just fix traditional sides for the family. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and a very Merry Christmas.
