    I wish I could just throw things together and make up a recipe…lol I love cooking and baking, but I am a by the recipe type person. I am 69 years of age and I follow recipes…lol That is why I count on talented people like yourself to do the work in creating recipes and I follow them.

    Never heard of SoFresh ☹️. But I am into bowls and wraps. Im going to try this one. I think I might try to fry my chicken, little more color is appetizing to me. Lately I've been using hummus as the dressing and stirring it in.
