Hey yall. Sometimes when our budgets do not allow us to splurge we have to pull from the stock we already have. I am so thankful …

Here from Freedom Homestead’s video and you did great with your budget. I live in Sacramento County California and my grocery budget has been devastated. Happy to see some dairy free/sugar free meal ideas as that’s been working for me.

Oh oh oh the home fries and breakfast for dinner aka brinner sounds so good!

I’ve been doing a prepper pantry challenge I call it use it not lose it lol and we’re rotating through our preps quite well here at our house. I’ve been watching a lot of your YouTube shorts and OMG Shakima these recipes that you put up thank you so much they are to die for! We’re going to be trying to sheet pan quesadillas I cannot wait to try those! Great video love that you’re using preps and everything else to help keep the grocery budget balanced! We’re doing the same here at our house we’ve been eating through preps for five months now

Hi, We are close to the same age. I have been following your channel for a few months now. I started to follow your financial journey. I have been hesitant to comment on your food type videos because I don’t want to come across wrong but the Holy Spirit impressed me to comment today. 75 hard is actually not good for women our age especially if we have issues with high blood pressure and if you happen to be going through peri menopause. I have gone through menopause already and ironically the over exercising is not good for weight loss. What has been working for me is basic calorie counting and walking. Sometimes simpler is better. Also, finding a way to get good sleep.Melissa McNeil seems to be a good resource on YouTube. The reality is calories count. Also, really look into all the fat with your high blood pressure issues and asthma. Green vegetables are very important as well. But, please stop the 75 hard…

I have been following Tangi and Jack at Freedom Homestead for a while now. I thought I would come by and have a look at your channel great video. You both amaze me how you can shop for $60 for Tangi and $75 for your family. Here in Queensland Australia like you all in America the price of basic food is incredibly high. I am lucky that I don’t need to buy a lot of vegetables as I have a vegetable garden and we are now in spring as of 1st September so a lot of salads coming over spring and summer. You mentioned doing potatoes in the microwave I make them also with savoury mince you call it ground beef in the centre with grated cheese. Another one is egg salad bacon coleslaw sour cream and cheese. Heaps of different fillings that you can add and they become a meal by themselves.

    Prayerful! 😁

When I felt my absolute best, I ate whole 30. I eliminated all the processed junk in my life and it worked for me! Unfortunately, I stopped eating well and have found myself not feeling well. I know I need to go back to a cleaner diet but processed food is so addictive. Lol. Good luck on your journey…I am praying for you. ❤️
