Love this simplicity of the planner. I remember braces and not being able to eat popcorn. There is a brand called Pop Corners that makes popcorn chips. They are a yummy treat, without getting kernels stuck in the braces. Thanks for the meal planning motivation.

I run out of ideas as soon as I sit down to meal plan. DO you have any tips or tricks for picky eaters? My 11 year old and 9 year old daughters are just so so so picky – then my 2 year old son eats anything and everything.

I love the potato bowl idea. How many potatoes feed your family when you make this? Do you figure 1 potato per person? I would love to see these put together, specifically a child size portion, maybe included in one of your what we ate videos. Thanks for always giving lots of ideas!

Best mashed potatoes hack = the instant pot. Wash and peel (if you want) cut into smaller chunks. Add a little water, or broth.. high pressure for ~10 minutes (or less). Release, mash up with salt, butter, milk… sour cream/cream cheese. Even pressure cook it with some garlic cloves!

I love meal planning videos. I have always enjoyed meal planning, but I haven’t been planning breakfasts the last couple years. Thanks to your last video on meal planning I planned out the breakfasts similar to the way you are. It has helped to keep our breakfast from being the same boring thing every day. Thanks for the nudge I needed.
