In Central NH, the only place I have found it was Hannaford. I had to get cottage cheese elsewhere a couple of weeks ago…I was looking at the ingredients, Daisy looked the best, like 3 3 items…unlike my former go to Hood's.

In Cincinnati Ohio we get Good Culture at Kroger's.
I can find the cottage cheese at Tom Thumb(about 20 miles) and also Albertsons(about 45 miles)
Also look up recipe for Golden Tea! It’s a turmeric tea and there are several recipes including one with ginger, you may could get some ideas on how to use your boxed tea from them! I use unsweetened almond milk, when I make turmeric tea!

I find good culture at Target. I have 3 of them within 15/ 20 minutes of me but only have found it at one of them.
I can find good culture at Ralph’s which is your Publix and also at Sprouts, occasionally Grocery Outlet will carry it!
I get my good culture cottage cheese at Mariano’s ( Kroger store)
