I have two pastas you need to make! First is Trenette al Pesto. Second is Mizithra and Browned Butter spaghetti. Both of these are pure heaven, but I want to see how you would make these.

Bro…..you can't make a video saying the recipe takes 30 seconds and then make your own damn wraps….. Even if those were pre-bought, it still wouldnt be 30 seconds dude. I made lasagna the other day and it only took me 2 mins (excluding the hour it took to make the sauce, cutting the veggies, cooking the meat, making the white sauce, and also cooking the lasagna itself) Otherwise, only 2 mins people, come watch my video! You make good content, you dont need to do shit like this.

Do the potatoes soften for you at that small size? I’ve never had luck when they are that small and Kenji Lopez insists there is a scientific reason a potato cut that small won’t soften even with a long cook time

Thank you so much for this video! Your comment about “a crease in the dough “ was extremely helpful. I’ve been making tortillas for about a year and these creases were extremely annoying. I used more flour than normal tonight and no more creases!!! I have one suggestion: use a paintbrush to sweep off all of the excess flour and make sure that your hands don’t have any flour on them when you pick up the raw dough. Raw flour on the tortillas will give them a grainy taste and nobody wants that. Finally, the two hour rest is CRITICAL. I’d suggest that you rest myths dough overnight if possible. Flour isn’t fully hydrated in a short time and gluten needs time to relax so you can roll out thin tortillas. I freeze dough balls and they come out perfect.

If you want something that literally taste like a McDonalds breakfast burrito.

    Scramble 2 eggs
add 1/2 can RO*TEL Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    Stir
    Add some rehydrated chopped onions
Add a handfull of Jimmy Deans sausage crumbles.
Put a half slice of Yellow American cheese on a flour tortilla.
Spread egg mixture on and fold tortilla like he did. Nuke for 10 seconds

Its the shortcut way to get that exact taste.

EDIT: His is WAAAY better. Mine is just an exact clone of the inferior version, but I love it
