If you want your tuna salad to last longer just squeeze the water out of the tuna as best you can and it extends the freshness by about 2-3 days longer and it doesn't get as watery. She has a big family so she probably never has to worry about extending her menu items! I use dill relish too and add 6 ggs or 2 hard boiled eggs per can. It is so delicious and good for us! Thanks for the video and you rocked it girl! God bless you all.

Vanessa, you have inspired me to start food prepping. I thought the container you put the celery in was neat.; actually two containers that shared the blue lid. Do you remember where you got it? I didn't see it on your Amazon favorites.

Have you thought about doing your meal prep on Mondays so not to take away from Family time on the weekend. If doing on weekends have the kids help so you can spend extra time together. They could easily grate cheese or peel eggs. My children spend lots of time in the kitchen with me. They have learned to be very good cooks and helpers b

I like everything you do so spend an hour in your company is really nice. I have the cookbook but we do not have the same ingredients here as you have. but I still enjoy looking at what you buy and what you cook. Thanks for sharing! love from sweden <3

I loved this video so so much!! Best video you’ve done in forever! 👏👏 When I cook eggs in the instant pot I put them in the instant pot basket you can buy. It’s so easy to lift out with the rubber handles and then I just put the entire basket into the bowl of ice water. It works great!
I have never in my life seen stuffed olives! 😳😃 I will make some.
I also sometimes like to mix my tuna/egg salad sandwiches. It’s yummy.
    Thank you Vanessa!

Vanessa, soooo cool that you can do eggs in the air fryer…..I have used a pastry blender tool for over 30 years to mash up my eggs for egg salad, really works slick, thought it might be helpful for you. I love your channel, thanks for sharing.

I loved loved this video. You made everything look so easy to prep. Plus it was food that I know my family would love to eat. Thanks so much for sharing. I loved the little round stacking containers you used for your fruits and veggies. Can't wait for your next meal prep video. Hope you feel better soon. Take care.

Great meal/food prep video! Loved that it was almost an hr long. Loved getting new ideas, cause nobody wants to get in a food rut. Although there’s certain things I have to do every wk for my family for the following wk. I can still get & incorporate new ideas too! Thank you!
