Dallas tips: Gaylord is fun to walk through. Fort Worth stockyards for the cattle drive and a cowboy feel. Arboretum if you are into plants. It’s so hot here already. Bring cool weather things and wake up early.

I had one of those automatic can openers, note I said had. That was one of worst purchases. It worked a couple of times and most of the time it didn’t. Who’s got time for that?!

Another trick. Push a. Straw through the bottom up of the strawberries to pop off the green heads. It’s fun for the kids to do & helps oh so much to keep them busy, & you time for something else. Just make sure to buy an extra carton to compensate the strawberries they eat while they work. Lol

A little trick I discovered to prevent the cutting boards, especially those mat style we like from sliding around is to put a wet paper towel underneath. Then I use the paper towels to wipe the counter.

Looks like the pigs were a bit unimpressed also since they didn't finish the piece they were on before looking for another lol. At least it was eaten, regardless! Thanks for sharing your gifts

When you drive to Waco you will pass through a small German town called West- I suggest visiting and getting some great German food down on the Main Street and visiting the cute shops there as well as getting some wonderful kolaches! There’s also a Robertson’s in Salado that has amazing meat products and fun locally made items like spice rubs, jarred food- that sort of thing. If you want some great BBQ I suggest Pecan Lodge in Dallas. The Bishop Arts district in Dallas has some great small business shops that are fun to visit and you’ll be helping support small local artist 💗

Looks like you're almost to the fun stuff with the new kitchen, so exciting. I like how you painted your nails to match the knife. I do baked spaghettti with a meat sauce with bell peppers, mushrooms and olives and top it with cheese and then cream of mushroom with some parm on top.

Suggestion… Why not just walk her out to pasture somewhere, and then put her back in the "herd" area? The cow I mean. Lol.
That way you don't need to move around the goat or anyone else. Just the cow. 🙂
