Hi I been watching your shows for a while. I started to cut up my bag of onions , celery and peppers and bag them and put them in the freezer. That way those are ready for me to use . Found out that way they stay fresh too.
I donβt even have kids but I love watching your videos, always brings a smile to my face π
For chicken nuggets, I like to use my food processor and chop/blend chicken breasts and thighs with salt, chill the mixture to help it firm, and then form into nugget shapes and roll each through seasoned flour, egg, and bread crumbs (bought unseasoned but seasoned by me with salt, pepper, and onion & garlic powder). We love them!!
