Bummer with the fermenting. I followed along with you. Then I didn’t know what to do. We just went with it. Taste amazing as hot sauce. But I froze it. Didn’t know if it could be canned or not.

Hi Becky, Love the videos and great projects you get up to. I love a lot of the products you are switching to being as environmentally friendly as possible and I saw your oil spray has a manual pump option which looked very effective – do you have a link for that please?

Have you ever canned in smaller jars? Based on the usage in my family I would be better suited for 4 and 8 oz jars. Do you have any recommendations? And it figures you literally showed smaller jars in the next minute of the video…..lol

So amazing you got to go to the homesteaders of America conference, is this the first year that you have been? It was amazing conference this year and seems everyone had amazing time and seemed to be a sense of urgency in everyone to learn more how to make their homestead and farms more productive due to the current world situation. I know we have been building up our pantry and freezer. So many things happening that has everyone concerned. Hope you and your mom had safe travels and a wonderful time at the conference.

Really bummed because I was waiting months for you to link the bags knowing that they were a gift I thought unlikely that you'd find them. But either Amazon changed them or it's the wrong bags because the bags that are linked not only have a colored top but are not gusseted. And all the reviews say they are damaged or they do not hold liquid correctly. I'm really bummed because I've been looking for some silicone bags that pretty much do it all like the bags you own and I was hoping since you we're gifted some and link some they'd be it. Oh well still on the search but keep doing what you're doing I love your content like crazy. It's even inspired me to want my own garden and go back to try canning again. As well as I'm heavily thinking of a dehydrator or freezdryer Although both are out of reach financially right now.

Any chance you can tell us the brand name of the silicone bags you are using? The ones that you have linked are a little different. I really like the way the ones you're using have pleats and how they expand. I know you've probably already tried to find the same ones but I just thought I'd ask. I love your videos and I never miss them!

Becky, Do you feel the digital one is safe to use? I'm new to canning and I have been going back and forth if it's
safe. I know Insta Pot Max cans as well. Why did you choose that one?

When cutting up onions, place a damp paper towel between you and the onions and it will draw the fumes to it. It will keep them from your eyes. Just dampen the towel and place on counter in front of your cutting board.

I have a whole gallon sized bag of jalapenos from my garden in the fridge I need to handle. I am definitely going to make those freezer poppers tonight when I get home from work!

I love watching you work! You are amazing in all you do! You make everything look so quick and easy, but I know all the work involved. Your baby will be super healthy with all your healthy eating. Maybe that is what gives you all your energy. I love your recipes and have made some wonderful ones. I love batch cooking too, less dishes to do

I use the All American pressure canner and it is a charm. No rubber casket; it’s all metal and once you choose the PSI , you do not have to constantly watch it for it stays at that pressure. It is super well made and I’m surprised more American canners don’t mention it. The model I have can hold up to 9 500 ml ( pints) jars to7 1 litre jars(quarts)

I always love watching your videos. I do have one thought…IF you are planning to breastfeed, you may want to watch the amount of spices you put into your post partum meals. Onions and garlic tend to upset the stomachs of newborns. I am not a doctor, but I am a mother of six, who breastfeed. This is just a thought. I am sure you will make informed decisions based on your doctor's recommendations. Keep the videos coming!!!
