    I love to brine my turkey when I thaw mine. It makes the thawing process easy and I like that the meat steam cooks under the skin to make it moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. I've definitely got to try the parchment method of baking along with it and see what kind of reactions I receive this Thanksgiving.

    Les sugiero que en un recipiente con mucha pero mucha agua y bastante sal pongan el Pavo a maserar por 24 hrs, desde luego en refrigeración. Lo secan perfectamente y continúan con Martha Stewart.
