Since I am both dairy and gluten free I found these recipes disappointing. Although I can figure out substitutions (since I do it regularly) I was expecting these recipes to be already gluten and dairy free.

Martha please check your Cuisinart food processor blade!!!! It is on recall. It looks like you have the defective one that has rivets instead of being smooth, if anybody needs to know if they have a defective blade google “cuisinart blade recall” and see if your model is affected.
