My mom always did ham and all the decorations too. My fave thing she did was a coconut cake shaped liked a lamb she made for me. It was 3D and held together with prayers and toothpicks I think lol but adorable and I loved it.

This Easter we're having baked ham with au gratin potatoes and buttermilk biscuits and green bean casserole with the crunchy french fried onion topping (that veggie dish is too good just for Thanksgiving, lol). Now I just need some Reeses eggs, and licorice jelly beans– preferably the Just Born brand.

Happy Easter to you Martha… Ukrainian tradition… baked Ham/ Babka/ Paska/ pyrogies/saurkraut/ Ukrainian Sausage/ deviled eggs/ sour cream/ cottage cheeze/ rice and bacon cabbage rolls/ crepes filled with cottage cheeze and smothered in butter/sautéed onions over the pyrogies..etc etc etc
