No lie my now-husband hooked me with his clay-pot rosemary chicken. Made it for me for our first valentine's day a couple of months into dating. 14 years married now.

I wish there was a dairy-free recipe for this. Before my strict diet I did make this dish and it was absolutely delicious! I would love to make this dish again with possible alternatives for the cheese, heavy cream, and butter.

Since learning this recipe from you it’s become a weekly request. I have started added my butter to the sauce because it was burning with the chicken. Also I live in the boonies and when I asked for sun dried tomato’s I heard shotguns loading. I used canned Rotal tomato’s. Next week is millionaire spaghetti. 😊

I made this tonight and it was quite a HIT with my son and husband! I LOVE sun dried tomatoes, so when I saw this recipe, I had to make it. I forgot to buy heavy cream so I used the only thing I had: skim milk – I added extra Parmesan cheese to compensate. Also, I substituted cilantro for basil.
    DELICIOUS!
Thank you, Angelica! From a fellow Texan.

Thank you for the video & the recipe is amazing. The loud noise of the sizzling & crackling actually is distracting from hearing you at times just to let you know for future video's, I am unsure if that can be lowered whilst editing the video.
