Chicken and waffles is usually with peas carrots and potatoes and that is usually my main meal and then maybe a side of applesauce
You can also make Dutch eggs and either pancake syrup or ton of sugar on top after out of the oven
Maybe corn and coleslaw

Of course you can’t stick strictly to your monthly menu, but you are incredibly organized as it is. It must help you so much at least having it structured to begin with. Wish I had been so organized at your age. 😏 ☺️

I would think your budget would be higher now as everyone is home more, the older ones are not at there dads as much, I assume. you do not waste food and cost of food is much higher, plus your meals are big, there not skimpy at all.

Hello I was curious if you have made deviled eggs using your Instant Pot egg molds? You may only get 1/2 of an egg with the shape but it would be a way to incorporate your abundance of eggs. Best wishes.

Good morning! I believe in you and I believe it will be fine with your budget, things will work out. I've said this before. I sure utilize our local church for a drive up free produce distribution. Saves alot of money in our home…its there for people to utilize; the food will get thrown away if it is not given to families. I have no shame in it and if someone would like to throw shade or shame on it… don't bother me! Sending lots of love❤
