Oh and I did the rice in Pyrex instead of stainless steel and it was PERFECT! Sauce recipe was spot on. I’d suggest 1 more tbsp of coco sugar; also I cooked w/ pandan leaves. I’d done this recipe before and this was by FAR the best! Thx so much!!
Sticky rice cooked beautifully this way in IP w/ no soaking! However, I did wash and rinse rice till the water was clear. Also, I used Thai glutinous rice. I luv this method and I will absolutely use it again!! Ur a genius!!
