    2 cups Dahi
    1 cup Condensed Milk
    1/4 cup Mango Pulp
    Cardamom powder is optional / You can also add vanilla essence

    Lots of Mango for topping

    Garnish with Pistachio , Rose Petals.. Saffron Stands also look beautiful.

    When you drain 2 cups Dahi , it will become almost 1.25 cup (don’t make it too dry)

    Simply whisk it well to make it smooth & uniform.

    Grease the tin with a little oil (No ghee or butter because it will become solid when you refrigerate it)

    – Steam on Medium to High Flame for 20 to 25 mins
    – Cool it completely & check it using a skewer
    – Refrigerate the Bhapa Doi for atleast 3 hours before unmoulding

    Avoid only one thing you will enjoy real taste. Avoid steaming then chilling in fridge . Better after mixing throlly straightaway keep it in freezer to freez after two hours or as per your fridge performance . Take it out scop it enjoy with real mango taste.
