I tell you what Tammy-its 110 A.M. here in Texas as I watch this,and that roast looked SO good,I almost got up and put us one in my instant pot to eat NOW!!!! EVERYTHING you cook ALWAYS looks great but often,there's just ABOVE GREAT,and THIS is definitely one of those above great!

I bought from Walmart a long slender tablet, that has a stickily back at the top. I put it on the refrigerator and use it to make a list of something that gets low or empty. Otherwise, I too forget something and living a long way from town, I can't just go back for missing items.

I'll give you a little tip! You can brown the roast in the instant pot on the saute feature. Then you only have to clean one pot! I love it!
