So I am wondering – if the milk is already pasteurized, then what is the need to boil it? If one just clicks on the yogurt button, after mixing the starter, wouldn't it just ferment the yogurt over time left in the InstaPot without the need for boiling?

Good information – but your camera is too close. You could have moved it back a bit and we would still see what you're doing.
what if my mini refuses to switch from "less" to "normal"? will I end up with soup?
Thank you for this video. I find it very useful. I use it each time I make yoghurt in the duo mini. Sometimes when I press yogurt twice the timer shows instead of the boil function. I realize now that the yogurt button has to be pressed twice quickly. Then, the boil function shows up. I wasn't pressing fast enough.
