So glad you justvenjoyed some time with your parents. My grandmother used to make a soup with soup bones. She would boil them all day and added a huge can of tomato juice. She called it her homemade tomato soup. It had specks of marrow that floated in it. We would add canned cream at the table & she would fry corn fritters to eat with it. That was one of my favorite meals of hers. She was the best cook & I loved everything she made. My grandkids are the worst eaters! Since 5hey were babies they were given a choice of what they wanted. I grew up you ate what was sat in front of you or you went hungry. All my grandkids will eat is chicken nuggets, pizza & hot dogs. Not one vegetable or rice or potatoes. Once in a while they may eat fries.

The house is coming along and it is exciting to see your progress! Thanks for sharing with us! HUGS~Donna
