Looks good. Why dont you tell your kids its a pasta dish, not soup. My friend's son said he wont eat stew, he hates it, but he loves soup, so I just ask him if he wants my special soup. He loves it. lol

Yesterday we made beef & potato & broccoli & blue cheese today we are making vegetable broth & Cullen skink a fish soup pretty well known up here in the North East of Scotland. Thank you for sharing
