Why do you prefer to add your own baking powder rather than use the self-rising flour?

Great video! Love how relatable you guys are!! Could you do a video or instagram post making something low-ish point with the pumpkin bread and muffin mix from Trader Joe’s? Or the pumpkin pancake mix from Trader Joe’s? I am not too good at substitutions so I’d love to see what you come up with!

I have never tried different flours because I refuse to pay the high price for the other flours. And on another note, I make my 2 ingredient dough with great value non-fat yogurt. I have no problem with it. I add equal parts usually.

I store the dough for 2-3 days in the fridge uncooked and works perfect. Great video.
First, I LOVE your Scooby Doo Tye Dye shirt. LOL But, besides that, lol, I am kind of surprised that they all turned out that good!!! I must confess, I have yet to try 2 ingredient dough. Maybe soon! The pizzas you made in this small rectangular glass dishes look so good!!!
Side note. We tried Banza spaghetti. Nope did not like it. Sticking w starchy regular pasta🤣🤣
I truly tried to make the dough with white self rising and yogurt and it was SOOO sticky! I kept adding flour but I gave up figuring the dough was now 5 points! Lol
