id love some Jjigae for dinner, its just SOOO humid and hot in Korean right now. the thought of having hot stew is not appetizing right now. but i will definitely try this when the weather gets better. thank you!!!

I loved the video, but I think potato is also optional . I will go as far as to say that your eating experience will be enhanced if you skip the potato.

We all love you "this much" Claire! Aaron is just the lucky guy to have you to himself ! (you're lucky to have him too 😉 )
Aaron's cooking, teaching, presentation , and your "in depth" reviews and reactions bring the videos home for us!!!
Lovely to see you both and your love of cuisine, cooking, and culture. Thank you both! My son and I try all of Aarons recipes and share Aaron's book . All winners!!!

Does anyone know if I can substitute Soybean Paste with (white) miso paste?
I still have some left over in the fridge and genuine Korean soybean paste is expensive and hard to come by where I live.

Greetings from Tampa Bay Florida, USA. Your doggie is adorable! This dish looks amazing and Claire truly looked deeply satisfied eating this. I think she was pleasantly surprised! I’m sold! I’ll be making this too. Hugs to both of you!

Since I started getting back into cooking about 2 months ago, I've watched more of your videos than any other recipe videos combined! I love your "catch phrases" Aaron. Don't worry about it. 😊 And your English accent and inflections make them all the more hilarious. Such a shame it took me until 2023 to find your channel! ❤ Much love from Pennsylvania in the US.

I haven’t tried this one yet, but I think I have the ingredients already. I just recently made Miyeok Guk (Beef Seaweed Soup). I made it because seaweed is super healthy and good for thyroid problems. I saw that you had a video on this but it’s really old.
