In regards to your new clanking light blocking shades. Perhaps foam pool noodle, cutting a slice down one side. Another option would be hardware store foam pipe insulation, which is already precut. Received my STCG Nakiri knife. Lovely packaging, awesome blade, definitely feels as if it elevated my food prep game ๐Ÿ˜‰

Question in regards to your deep fryer. I bought the same unit, and I'm curious what type of oil do you use, and how often do you change it? Thx!

I know this is coming late and you weren't going to see it
,but don't walk around looking like a tourist,
walk around looking like you're almost homeless,
carry barely any money on you,
and don't tell people which hotel you're staying,
lie and them a different one,

the instant you step down in that country there will be people looking at you trying to figure out how they can get the most out of you
they possibly can and the worst of them will physically harm you in that pursuit

I have this idea, I have some sauteed onion and green pepper in the fridge some steakums in the freezer, plus a mixture of BBQ sauce with a little mayo, on a toasted roll a healthy dollup of sauce, the burger grilled with Worchester Sauce, topped with peppers and onions a slice of sharp cheddar a layer of steakums cooked with Worchester Sauce another slice of cheddar and the top of the bun, this will be dinner tomorrow

Last batch (can) i opened basically all garbage. 90% to many seeds I havent use canned Chipotle since. I use choulas Chipotle sauce now. But I use sundried tomatoes drained and rinsed to compensate for texture and flavor

I been making my burgers on the cast skillet on my grill with beer battered fried pickles, extra sharp cheddar cheese, bacon , mayo mustard and a tomato for decade. Just the ingredients make it mouth watering juicy
