Question, as I also had a stroke 2 years ago. At the time, my blood pressure and cholesterol were no above normal. Anyway – I was put on BP & cholesterol medication and told I'd have to take those for the rest of my life (even Dr. Greger mentions this). Plus I'm on warfarin for life.
Were you not put on any of these meds?
