You should sear the meat though before putting it in for more flavor. But this works as well.
Please please wash your meat next time….putting the meat into the pot straight from the carton is disgusting!

Looks good. Do yourself a favor and put a damp cloth or towel underneath your cutting board. It will keep it from sliding. Keep up the great work.
