    Bro first off you need to be simple with it you did to much with the onions in the ground meat. Just use a little bit of salt pepper and sazon. From there Caramelize the meat. After that met shredded American and cheddar cheese let it melt. While it’s melting take another pan and take out the grease from the pan that was cooking the meat and toast both sides of the bread with that. From there you load it up with lettuce tomatoes some raw purple onions. And put your ketchup and mayo separately on the chop cheese and there you go a real New York chop cheese. And Yes I’m from New York. Enjoy 😊
