Holy sweet mother of god! I just made this today but changed a few little things. I put smoked paprika onto the caramelized onions while it cooks and I add roasted red peppers into the mix and on the sausage I added a tiny bit of butter and cinnamon to it assembling it and my god it was so delicious! I will certaintly make it more often! Thank you sir
