I am way too impatient to make that, but it's good to know that it can be done.

This sounds really interesting. I've never heard of sweet potato drops! This is why I don't bother with jicama any more. I used to get it now and then. I think you could boil it for 3 weeks and it still wouldn't be done… Never thought about the Instant Pot!!
400 10 min or longer if you want
Maybe spray them with avacado oil in the air fryer
Hi, big like 67 for Debbie Sue…great recipe…Mabe you could sprinkle a couple drops of the sweet potato with oil when you air fry them…looks good Terri …You made them sound delicious…yum…Happy Sunday…
Wow 🤩 I’ve never seen sweet potato 🍠 drops before. I’d boil the jicama then spray oil and put them straight into the air fryer honey. We shake some spices on them or paprika before putting them in the air fryer. My family gobble them up so fast. Great cooking video. Xxxx 🥰❤😜
Hello Terri glad you used the stove. I don’t have an instant pot.I wonder if it could be cooked in a crockpot.
I was thinking the air fryer would be better. 💕NonnaGrace 🐓
The rack may have prevented browning. The food needs to be flat on pan for the heat and oil to work. When you put in air fryer it browned better due to surface touching the food.
Great Job Terri❤ Isn't that flavor just spot on so yummy. I take my hat off to you for having a go trying to boil them. Lol Especially with your lack of patience! You must have been driving yourself nuts… is it done yet …is it done yet. Poor Terrbear. Lol But perseverance pays off!! Oh by the way the photo You showed is after they've been cooked so they shrink down a bit When they roasted until crispy. I like the size you did. The only other thing you did different from me that I can see besides make them slightly bigger and boil them. Was that you Rinsed them after you boiled them… I don't rinse them because you're rinsing some of that flavor out. But hey, you stuck with it and gott'er done!! Yippee 😂
I'm going to have to get some of those drops some day 🤗🥰
