I love watching your content, but one thing I have come to realize. Yes you may do it better than them because you put in a lot of time and effort into making everything the best it can be. If you where under the same time constraint and have to pump out the same volume of product. many things are going to suffer, from quality of taste, to appearance. We all accept these short cummings of or fast-food brethren, because we don't have the time or the equipment to pull of some of your present masterpieces, but please keep in mind I thoroughly enjoy your programs, so please take it easy on the big money hungry conglomerates that are responsible for our unhealthiness all over the world.

So, the correct way to fill a churro with dulce de leche is to use the very same metal straw you used to remove the inner dough. And you use it as a pipe to fill the bottom part (should you hold the churro vertically), carefully retrieving the pipe while still pumping the dulce de leche. Just a little pro tip from someone who worked in a churro cart in Argentina, so you don't have such a hard time next time! Usually they use a dulce de leche filled press with a fixed pipe so that they can handle the press while holding the churro.
