    Your daughter reminds me a lot of one of my nanny kids, I just adore her. It makes me a little sad I won’t be seeing her during these wild times, can’t wait for it to be over!

    The recipe I use is Tasty's the best brownie recipe. It doesn't call for leavening. But it's amazing.
    I've tweaked the recipe a little to suit my own taste, but do try it. Also I tried using only half the
    measurement for the white sugar but it seemed to come out a little cakey and I'm team FUDGE.
    The recipe also calls for 6 eggs, but you can totally cut it in half. It bakes for 40 min in two 20 min
    intervals, but I do about 30-32 min in two 15 min intervals.

    I don't use the espresso powder, though. It was too intense for me and left a bitter aftertaste, but
    you can feel your way through it, though.

    My fave brownie recipe is Gemma's from Bigger Holder Baking! I'm on team fudgy 😉 Luckily we haven't had much of a food shortage issue in my part of Canada. Everything has been mostly testified since last weekend's panic buying. I wonder why your food distribution system seems so slow?
