Sad to hear about the Sriracha shortage, but because of your Baked mussel video before covid, I ran out and bought my 1st bottle during covid to make Baked mussels with dynamite sauce and Sushi bakes on most Sundays . My bottle has about 1” left. Now I’m on the hunt for the thrill if I can find it. Lol wish me luck 👍👍👍

Sriracha is a must in my house, so I normally have at least 4 bottles. Thank God there is plenty here in AZ. I didn’t know there was a storage.
