✨ RECIPE ✨ (inspired by Bopomofo Cafe)
1. Shave 2 ears of sweet corn and add to a pot. Add enough water to cover (about 1.5 cups) and bring to a boil.
2. Once it’s boiling, add 2 tbsp sugar and stir. Lower the heat and let simmer for 10 min.
3. Turn off the heat and let cool 10 min. Then blend until smooth. Pass it through a strainer.
4. In a cup, add strawberry purée, ice, milk, and top with the corn milk. Mix and enjoy! 😋
