    This is not Healthy to much Fat! You should have just made an omelet at least eggs are Healthy & low fat lol! Canned Fruit is not healthy use Fresh Fruit canned fruit is filled with SUGAR LOL!

Sadly I have found that I need to be low FODMAP and both gluten free and milk free, so I usually have to massively modifying recipes to be able to eat some of the things I love with replacements where possible, when/if I can even come close. (I can't eat peaches but can eat pineapple and oranges, for example, and can't drink cow's milk but can do almond milk which Dollar Tree carries, and I can't eat processed meats like sausage or hot dogs).
