That is not a quesadilla. A quesadilla is made with either tortilla but it's folded in half; what you're doing here is more like sincronizadas or gringas, have stuffing (or lack of, like so) sandwiched in between two tortillas. This is, as we would say in Mexico, "una porqueria gringa".
