Interestingly no recent comments visible here, wonder why?! This is very sad, I started to really get into your content which was all fun and glitter but I cant accept this lack of accountability when it comes to stealing such an important format from Beryl. I know its a food channel you are trying to cook in here but this idea is much more than food. You clearly lack culture and moral values that Beryl excels at. Sad.

One thing I would've done is a breading (where mayo is the "wet" to get the breadcrumbs to stick.

It's one of my favourite go-to's when I bread something (like drumsticks, or zucchini…)

Mayo is the bomb especially on burgers with onion and tomato, blts, grilled cheese with dijon mustard. its also the best with candied walnut crispy shrimp a Cantonese favorite.

I wonder what would happen if you add mayo to dumpling fillings? Dumpling recipes already call for adding eggs and oil, but would having those two emulsified together first make a difference?
