    Scored a super sale on chicken leg quarters .79 per pound! Limit 1 so I gave my son some cash and had him go thru a checkout too 😉 1st 10lb bag has 2.5lb meat and made 4 gallons basic bone broth!! With hipsters paying $10 per pint, that's $320 worth of broth!

    You are a wealth of knowledge. I've been cooking for many years but have never been comfortable pressure canning. But I am loving that you suggested to just freeze it. Thank you for that. Especially acknowledging that some of us just aren't comfortable with a pressure canner.
