Can you do a beef/pork bone broth recipe? I'm feeling a little under the weather and it's the colder months now so it would be really tasty! Thank you!
Are there any substitutions for fish sauce? I'm allergic to seafood.
I wouldn't eat this. (my opinion) it will ruin my original taste for beef pho or chicken pho.

Making this tonight! The first thing I did at thanksgiving was ask my aunt for the turkey bones! Hahaha. Love you easy recipes 🙂
i make turkey pho after thanksgiving every year, i actually use all the bones add the extra spices and the whole 9 yards…
it's a great way to finish left overs, doesn't cost much money and very delicious. and it helps free up fridge space to not have left over turkey for the next 4 day in your fridge lol. Turkey pho gets eaten quick. i use a very big pot because i had a 23 lb turkey. pho in my area is like $8 per bowl in restaurant. i can make about 16-20 bowls worth of turkey pho and i only spent roughly $27 bucks to make this pho. plus i can serve seconds or thirds to people. i always look forward to thanksgiving because after the delicious american style turkey dinner, the few days after i'll enjoy the fusion of Asian style turkey pho. btw your video has a good foundation to making pho, it has an authentic base, thanks for sharing.
I used to try and attempt this… my turkey ramen is coming along quite well.
this is seriously going to up my pho game tho!
this looks so yummy!! need to try making it 🙂
Is using licorice root the same as using a couple of star anise ? Or are they different flavor profiles. ???

Great recipe for all the leftover turkey! I'm eat pho like you with the sriracha and hoisin sauce in it, regardless of what the northern naysayers will say. LOL! I like mine loaded with veggie and condiments. Yummo!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS! I'm going to try it and let you know how it turns out!

You spend 4 hours making a really great broth and then you ruined it by putting Hosin sauce in sauce in it >_< for me, its like using ketchup in a fancy restaurant.
