It's Amy time & coffee…AMEN! QUESTION: Made bread for first time last week & it turned out "heavy" on the inside & wonderful crust. I thought a little softer would be better. Newbie here, keep on trying. Is your flour self rising? I did not see the pancakes come out. Did I miss it? Just home from having surgery ( Venography). Love & Blessings from Fla.

I love ur gather my fragments. I've started doing that recently especially with some baked goods. My husband loves to eat them with some coffee, which fine with me. I'll eat one or two but trying not stay away from anything sweet.. have u watched This Little Love of Mine on Netflix? It's a good movie, a good friend from church and I just watched it together a few days ago for a girls night.

You know what makes really good breakfast burritos? You know the sausage dip you make with a block of cream cheese and a can of Rotel? Well that made up and then mixed with eggs is yummy! I had a bunch of dip left over from the Super Bowl and decided to mix all that up and it was so good! Definitely a good way to use up a leftover if you ever make that dip and have an abundance of it (as I am guilty in making way too much for any event or party! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚)

Boil 1 minute only Amy. Thatโ€™s why it is so dry. I have that recipe from my mother-in-law too. Only 1 minute for no-bake cookieโ€™s. And not supposed to do them on humid rainy days unless you run your central air. They supposedly wonโ€™t set right. At least thatโ€™s what my mother-in-law said.

A tip for your bread machine: put all your ingredients in the pan, set it to Dough Cycle. Let is do the mixing and rising for you. Then remove the dough and form it into a loaf pan. Bake it in the oven. It will have a more traditional shape, and I think, it tastes better baked in the oven vs the machine.

A great family movie is Anne of Green Gables, made in the 80's , the one with Colleen Dewhurst and Megan Follows. It is a series of 3, movies, the first two are the best. Clean family movies, my granddaughter loves it.
