    Dumb question, but would it still be good (and prepared the same way) with different meat products? My family doesn’t eat pork, so I would most likely have it with beef instead.

    You inspired me to make my own beef rice bowl….I had already boiled some tri tip with an onion garlic bay leaf salt & pepper (for a stock) & cleaned/shredded it. Then I put it back in a hot pan with oil with the following marinade: ginger juice, lime juice, chili oil, soy sauce, sugar and a drizzle of sesame oil. I had it over coconut curry rice. I also had some eggplant on the side….All I was missing was some chopped scallions. It was freaking amazing. 👊 Thank you!!!!

    Hello, I'm new in cooking beef in the pan cuz I usually just pressure cook them, so how long does it take to fry beef ? Just medium heat? Which part of beef is the greatest for pan frying?
