What Up Doe Doug! You just made one of my favorite meals. I was waiting on you to throw a couple of pieces of catfish in the fryer. I had the rapid cooker but took it back because I had a hard time fine tuning the simple task of air frying in it without overcooking. Hi Doug, still debating on whether to get the Ninja Speedi, every video when you're using the Speedi, I Definitely need to get one, looked on Amazon wait time, 2-4 weeks.
