    This was really really good. That's the only problem is the word 'WAS' this recipe makes only four servings, manly servings, but still a lot of work for so little outcome… I would like to double this recipe, it should still fit in the cooker okay, and give some to have for lunch tomorrow or even to freeze, I'm sure it would freeze well and wouldn't that be nice to have it ready when you are. A great recipe, just as it is.

    Loved the video, very detailed, except for one thing….. She doesn't ever say to cut the shrimp. Confused me a little bit when at the end she is talking about all "little" bits of shrimp in the soup. Otherwise, LOVED IT! I even subscribed!

    Question ?? I see the first time you put the ingredients such as shrimp peals in you put the press cooker lid on for 2 minutes.
    From that point you leave the lid off and just cook the shrimp, cream and sherry with the lid off. Is that right ?
