    I am SSOOO glad I came across your channel. I have been doing Keto for a couple of years now and feel like I have been missing my Mexican food. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mexican cuisine, but have avoided it because the carbs are TOO tempting, so I just don't go there.

    I made this the other night with a low carb tortilla I put in the oven upside down and made this into a taco salad. It was SO flavorful. I sadly didn't have the thrive seasoning, I used Mrs. Dash taco with a few random spices in my cabinet. Def a new favorite! Thanks for all the awesome recipes!!
